Per New York State fire/building codes, Sullivan Park (Corning, Inc) must fully comply with maximum allowable quantities of hazardous materials mandated by these codes.  We plan to enhance our Hazardous Material compliance program by the end of 2008.  In order to accomplish these plans, we seek input from the RFB group on the following questions:

1.  Does your facility have or use an operating Hazardous Material Compliance program? Yes  No
1a. If yes, is the program automated? Yes  No
1b.  Is it home grown or commercially available? Yes  No
