Occupancy Surveys

     Background...

    Many of our clients utilize our Web based occupancy surveys to help identify areas of concern and items needing improvement. Global occupancy surveys are also an excellent mechanism to identify areas where your organization may be over- performing or over - delivering services. They also can be used to increase the awareness of the services that your organization provides. If most of your facility occupants have access to the Web then Web based occupancy surveys are ideal.

    Standardized Occupant Satisfaction Surveys...

    You can utilize the standard FM Roundtable Occupant Satisfaction Survey. The process is straightforward and is our lowest cost option for running occupancy surveys:

    • Facility Issues will establish a customer satisfaction survey for your facility on our web site using the FM Roundtable occupancy satisfaction survey. Typically the survey is adjusted to:

      • reflect your site name

      • services that are not provided at your location are deleted from the survey

      • building locations are named.

    • A few test submittals are made from inside your organization's firewalls to ensure that the process is working correctly.

    • You notify the occupants of the web site location, usually with an email containing the web site address and request them to complete the survey.

    • Responses are collected on Facility Issues servers

    • The data is analyzed

    • A report is issued to you in Excel.

    The fee for utilizing the standardized survey is $600 per site with an unlimited number of occupant responses. Payment is due prior to distribution of the final report.

    Customized Occupant Satisfaction Surveys...

    Some organizations have additional questions or prefer a different set of questions for their occupancy surveys. Facility Issues has developed numerous surveys for our clients and can develop a survey to meet your unique needs.
