Benchmarking participants may request up to two spot surveys per year. Most surveys concern a current hot topic that arises between the benchmarking cycles. Surveys should be brief and require no more than a few minutes to complete. The process is as follows:
Survey questions should be submitted to Facility Issues by email to: keithmcc@facilityissues.com
Facility Issues will transfer the question(s) to a web based survey.
The requester will be asked to review for completeness and accuracy of the survey before distribution to the participants.
Participants will be requested by email to complete the survey.
Results will be compiled in an appropriate report and placed on the website for download access for all benchmarking participants.
