equivalent value of office space.
The factored space values are shown in the benchmarking definitions.
When comparing benchmarking values with other published information such as the
Building Owners and Managers Association use caution. BOMA Data is only
"Office" space and your Gross Square Feet (GSF) is not comparable to
BOMA data. FGSF may be Compared to
BOMA data with care.
