- Responsible for 11 buildings on site
- Approximately 2500 employees
- Kraft - Cortez Dixon
- New CEO
- IT function outsourced to EDS- call center in India has caused some
problems
- Committee formed to look at outsourcing options
- Parent company (Attria) may spin off Kraft as a separate company
- Annual churn rate is about 2000 employees
- Reviewing sustainability program - 3 day off-site scheduled for next
week.

- 10 floors of HQ facility rebuilt
- IBM uses a 20 to 1 ratio for mobile office workers
- DIRTT walls (Do It Right This Time) used for movable walls on
splines
- No early retirement plans are expected
- BP - Christine Geraci
- Universal space standard applied globally at BP
- Hot desk / trouble desk used very extensively by London office
- IISN - Combination of Jacobs Engineering and CBRE
- Using less outsourcing
- Formed a Global Properties Management group; previously each site
was associated with a primary business unit
- Green Initiatives are a high priority
- Unilever - Jessica Jolly
- Closing facility
- Bidding out a new contract for MFD
- Pandemic Planning
- Unilever has developed a plan which has received approval from
senior management; as a result of the plan they are adding additional
provisions to the janitorial contract
- BP has a plan but it is going thru the approval process
- Calamos has installed automated hand sanitizers in all restrooms
- Kraft has replaced restroom hand soap
